The November edition of the 100% Hotel Show returns with a new strategic direction, placing at the heart of the event the three most pressing challenges of the hospitality market: finding and retaining staff, shifting toward alternative investment models, and using design as a catalyst for guest experience. These themes are not treated as isolated panels, but run throughout the entire exhibition, shaping a new, holistic understanding of hospitality—one that is deeply connected to the real needs of the market.
At the entrance of the Exhibition, the new Event Stage transforms into a space for strategic dialogue. With curated content, market professionals acting as curators, and topics shaped around real-world challenges, each day takes on a clear thematic focus. Visitors don’t just attend presentations—they participate in an experience that blends strategic thinking, creative interaction, and case-based learning, opening up critical discussions around human resources, emerging investment trends, and experiential design.
At the same time, the updated exhibitor mix and the specialized workshops on the second stage (Workshop Stage) enhance these themes with practical applications. New services, modern management tools, and experience-driven technologies are showcased by companies at the forefront of the industry, while hands-on workshops offer deeper insight, technical understanding, and professional tools for visitors seeking actionable solutions. The event now functions as a coordinated platform for knowledge and networking, responding to the shifting demands of a market that requires expertise, authenticity, and strategic focus.
What’s the Difference Between the Event Stage and the Workshop Stage at the 100% Hotel Show?
The Hotelier Workshops have long been one of the core elements of the Exhibition, and this year they take on even more substantial form. Their program is being redesigned as a kind of “hotel TEDx,” where more companies and experts will present their insights into the industry in one-hour time slots. These sessions will continue to be hosted in the final section of the Exhibition Hall, right after the Hospitality Services sector booths.
The Event Stage, however, plays a different role. Each day focuses on a specific thematic pillar, with interactive presentation formats, special events, and a dedicated host. The result is a new kind of engagement experience that enhances interactivity and practical analysis. Positioned at the entrance of the show, the Event Stage becomes a central meeting point for all attendees, with each day concluding in a dedicated networking event held in the square outside the hall.
