Invitation to Participate in the Most Prestigious Hotel Design Competition for Greece and Cyprus!

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

The 100% Hotel Show announces the launch of the Submission Process for the 12th Hotel Design Competition “100% Hotel Design Awards”.

Within the framework of the Competition, Architects and Designers have the opportunity to showcase their work to the most dynamic professionals in the Tourism sector: Hoteliers, Villa & Upscale Apartment Owners, Travel Agents, Tour Operators, Media, Construction Companies, Financial Consultants, Marketing Managers, and other industry specialists.

At the same time, and beyond the direct exposure of the participants, the 100% Hotel Show has established and continues to develop the institution of the “100% Hotel Design Awards,” aiming to:

• Record and present contemporary trends in Hotel Architectural Design, while rewarding practices that create competitive Hotels, contributing to the growth of Greek Tourism.

• Highlight the role of good design in creating a Unique Identity and its contribution to enhancing the experience and overall image of Luxury Accommodations and Villas.

DATES

• Application for participation: May 30, 2025
• Final deadline for submission of materials with “Early Bird” Discount: May 30, 2025
• Final deadline for submission of materials without Discount: June 20, 2025
• Online Public Voting: November 1–30, 2025
• Exhibition of shortlisted entries & On-site Public Voting: November 15–17, 2025, during the 100% Hotel Show
• Awards Ceremony: November 16, 2025

PARTICIPATION CRITERIA

The 12th 100% Hotel Design Awards 2025 is open to:

• Architects / Architectural Firms from Greece and Cyprus for projects they have designed anywhere in the world, which were either completed (or designed, if unbuilt) within the last five years and have not previously participated in the competition.
• Projects located in Greece and Cyprus that were created (or designed, if unbuilt) by Architects / Architectural Firms from around the world.
• For the special category of Best Photography Award, eligible participants are Photographers who are collaborators of the Architectural Firms that designed the project, or of the Project Owners (such as Hoteliers, Management Companies, etc.).

Important Note:

Anyone involved in the Project may submit an entry to the Competition (Architects, Designers, Hotel Owners, Photographers, Operators, Investors, Developers, Contractors).

In any case, it is recommended that the Lead Architect or Designer of the Project oversees the submission.
