The building has a rectangular floor plan with the long side along the beach. The architecture borrows morphological elements from the buildings of Venice with symmetrical facades and characteristic large arched openings on the ground floor surrounded by frames with artificial stone.
The entrance to the axis of the building is underlined by a three-part balcony located above it and by pointed ends (like loopholes) on the roof, decorated with artificial stone mortar the same as that of the ground floor decorations.
On the east side there is an elevated terrace, next to the breakfast room, covered with a wooden pergola which rests on round columns that have a base and a capital, all coated with the same artificial stone technique, giving the impression of columns made of porphyry. The original floor of the terrace has been preserved and maintained.
On the east, north and west sides of the facades, there are continuous balconies at the height of the first floor. On the second floor they are removed, outside the north side, where 3 small balconies appear in correspondence with the continuous balcony of the first floor.
The building consists of three floors. On the ground floor (200m2) there is the entrance hall, the lobby, the restaurant dining room with the bar and four steps down is the kitchen. Τhe staircase and the elevator on the ground floor serve the A' and B' floor (200m2 each) while the small staircase next to the elevator leads to the shared toilets on the mezzanine floor (~42m2).
Oak flooring has been installed on all floors. The staircase retains its original mosaic form. The original wooden frames have been preserved and have been painted black on the inside and gray on the outside. In the corridors and in the bathrooms of the floors, plasterboard false ceilings were constructed for the passage of the networks as well as for the installation of air conditioners.
