The hotel complex "PARGA BEACH RESORT" is located in the village of Chrysoyali, in close proximity to the sea and with views towards the castle of Parga.
The central idea of the proposal is the creation of a built environment tied to the place and integrated with the natural landscape, which borrows characteristics from the urban and traditional tissue of the area, such as the routes, the squares, the neighborhoods. A connecting element of all the neighborhoods, including the public squares, is a central route-"promenade", which ends between the olive trees at the sea.
The element of greenery and high planting comes to penetrate the neighborhoods and break up the volumes. The local tradition and timeless art of Epirus are integrated into the design of both the surrounding area and the interior of the hotel's rooms and common areas.
