The plot is 12.4 acres, the building has 171 rooms of which 10 are suites. Due to the large permitted coverage of the plot and the proximity to Avenue Old National Road can be characterized as Urban or preferably Suburban.
The proposal is characterized by simplicity of forms and purity of forms. The architectural morphology refers to a modern proposal with investments from modern materials, treated surfaces of marble or hard porstone, crystal on surfaces and railings and metal railings. The aluminum frames in color sample of ALOUMIN 'All markings of sidewalks and green zones follow the basic aesthetic concept of the proposal with geometric purity in engraving.
The swimming pools without visual limits towards the sea end in a waterfall. In the central one reception area we meet the entrance gallery (you arrive above a water feature with a deck). It has an illuminated ceiling of 120.00 sq.m. On the left we find the central lobby with the reception and the lobby bar, expand into a semi-outdoor area and a courtyard with a waterfall. It is on the right the main restaurant with buffets and a large "open" kitchen.

Below the reception area are the conference rooms, the spa and the gym. On the beach is the Mediterranean restaurant with the snack bar serving the pool. Above the restaurant is the 'fine dining' with a wonderful view .
