The BIO BEACH BOUTIQUE HOTEL is located on its coastal avenue city of Rethymno S. Venizelos.
It resulted from a reconstruction of the older one (25 years old) hotel. It is a six-story building, ground floor with common uses and five floors of hotel rooms with 4 suites on each floor. The basement was utilized with the construction of a spa with a heated swimming pool. A restaurant kitchen serving the restaurant and sunbeds was also built. A swimming pool and a deck with table & seats were built in the courtyard of the restaurant, during the day they function as an extension of the breakfast area and snack bar.
On the view, new 1.40 m wide balconies with a metal structure were formed. A bar was built on the ground floor that serves inside and outside. The rooms are comfortable (28.00 - 36.00 m2) with very large bathrooms. The balconies grew a lot, they became (8.00 - 12.00 m2)
