The hotel is a new luxury hotel unit of 42 rooms and suites, under construction in the settlement of Adelianos Kampos in Rethymno. Characteristics of the complex are: Its integration into the environment with Planted roofs and Mediterranean gardens.
The low height of the buildings. Ground-floor buildings predominate at 80% of the capacity.
The construction of large private pools was chosen for the ground floor rooms with private verandas.
The architectural composition is dominated by slight curves at the ends of buildings (semicircular finish), terraces and swimming pools. The logic of slight curves is repeated in the interior design of the rooms. The setback of the three successive levels of rooms (by 10.00 m each time) gives tranquility and autonomy and privacy to the rooms. The curved arrangement of the rows of rooms also contributes to this.
Natural materials dominate: irregular stone, solid wood in the room dividers, marble on the furniture tops.
