Originally presented as the adaptive reuse of an abandoned 1920s wine factory, Dexamenes Seaside Hotel continues to evolve through a second phase of lightweight rooftop rooms and an expanding cultural programme.
The new intervention hovers above the original concrete wine tanks, extending the life of the industrial structures while preserving their raw identity and connection to the landscape.
Conceived as a living organism rather than a finished object, Dexamenes combines hospitality, gastronomy, art, and cultural research to create an evolving platform for contemporary Greek culture and collective experience.
