Located in Koutouloufari, Crete, Galaxy Suites Boutique Resort reinterprets an existing hotel complex through a contemporary architectural language rooted in the identity of the Cretan village.
Preserving elements of the original structure, the project reorganizes the complex into interconnected clusters, courtyards, paths, terraces, and ramps that follow the topography. Suites establish visual connections with both the sea and mountains, while private and shared pools enrich the experience. Natural materials, earthy tones, planted courtyards, and green roofs create a restrained palette that integrates architecture with landscape. The result is a hospitality environment expressing Cretan character, intimacy, and an authentic sense of place.
