The plot is seaside, facing a sandy beach. It has a steep slope, which required a graduated arrangement of the buildings.
A central building was designed with two prominent architectural poles. One accommodates a multipurpose area and wellness facilities, and the other one hosts the restaurant with its terraces. The two poles are connected by an elongated space, where the common areas are placed, along with an extensive pool facing the view.
The different room levels are connected to pedestrian walkways–bridges and elevators. All rooms face the sea.
The construction is simple, consisting of plastered volumes with stone-built terraces on their façades. All retaining walls were constructed with load-bearing masonry, made from local stone. In this way, the buildings appear to be founded on the ground in a visually solid manner.
Finally, a section of the site adjacent to the beach was designated and designed to accommodate the needs of beach users.
