Reservations Management
We undertake the role of Reservations and Sales department. Whether you are a hotel, a rooms-to-let property or an individual villa, we may take on the complete management of your reservations all year round, 7/7.
We maintain direct, immediate contact and coordinate with your front desk, while you have unlimited access and real-time information on all of your bookings at any given moment - as if there was a reservations department in house.

Creation and management of online profiles / OTAs (e.g. booking.com, expedia.com, etc) / direct booking engine
Establishment/ management of the channel manager, PMS and relevant contracts
Responding to your customers’ requests via email & phone
Completion of reservations and room allocation in the hotel plan (PMS)
Optimization of reservation plan (yielding)
Sales & revenue management strategy
Monitoring payments according to the related property’s reservation policy and settling any issues until the customer arrives at the accommodation
