Fast Track Online Sales Boost

At INcrementUM, we love what we do, and we are here to provide our expertise to the hotels that need a partner who can “scan” thoroughly the property’s Status Quo in terms of online positioning, propose solutions and provide advice for increasing your hotel online sales.

Our new Fast Track Online Sales Boost service aims to help hotels that need a short-term consulting service, with the main goal to optimize and improve the way it is displayed and promoted at the online travel agents (OTAs), the Booking Engine, the Website & Review sites (METAsearch).

The service includes:

1. AUDIT
We check every detail of the hotel’s set up and how it is presented online.
More specifically, we provide:

  • Review of the content on all OTA profiles, Website, Booking Engine & METAsearch channels
  • Review of the pricing policy & terms of bookings
  • Review of offers
  • Review of the sales tools that are being used and evaluation of their usefulness
  • Website user experience (UX) review

2. REPORTING & CONSULTING
After the audit is finished, a detailed report is created and presented to the hotel, with all the findings of our research. At the same time, we propose solutions and corrections that will drastically contribute to the optimization of the hotel’s online sales.

3. STRATEGY ANALYSIS
Special emphasis is placed on analyzing the hotel’s competition, highlighting the hotel’s USPs and implementing a custom sales strategy & pricing policy. We apply all sales techniques with surgical precision, that will boost the hotel’s online sales and highlight the real sales dynamics in a short period of time.

4. IMPLEMENTATION
We implement all changes & suggestions across all touch points separately, with attention to detail. After all, our main goal is to re-position the hotel online by making it competitive at all levels.

5. SALES MONITORING & HANDOVER
We monitor the hotel’s sales and bookings flow based on the new online sales strategy. Before the expiration of the Fast Track sales process, we provide sufficient training and deliver structured online profiles to the hotelier, with correct presentation, appropriate pricing policy and strategy.
