The investment concerns the construction of 9 buildings of up to 5 floors on two plots within the  Little Athens neighborhood  in  The Ellinikon , at the northwest end of The Ellinikon Park, near the pedestrian walkway that will connect Vouliagmenis Avenue with Poseidonos Avenue.
