Maria Gkonta is the COO & Co-owner of ThinkVilla, one of Greece’s leading private hospitality companies, with a curated portfolio of 390+ luxury villas and residences across more than 15 Greek destinations. With a strong focus on the guest journey, operational excellence and the
strategic growth of luxury villas, she contributes to shaping a more refined and experience-led chapter of Greek hospitality. Through her role, she brings together aesthetics, commercial value and human care, creating stays with character, identity and a true sense of destination.

Alexandros Kitriniaris MArch, MScRes, PhDc., is a qualified Architectural engineer pursuing doctoral studies at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). He holds a master’s degree in mass Timber Design from the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IAAC). In 2015 he established his personal architectural office "KAAF I Kitriniaris Associates Architecture Firm". Ιn 2018, he received the "Europe 40under40 Award", and was distinguished among the most promising emerging architects and design talents in Europe for 2017-2018, as announced by the European Center for the Architecture. During his academic career he has received twelve awards and scholarships and has received more than 25 international architecture awards in sustainable architecture and ecological hotels and resorts.

Nikos S. Morantis is a specialist in strategic hotel product development and the founder of Destsetters. With extensive experience in the hospitality sector, he focuses on creating innovative and tailored hotel concepts that meet market needs. His expertise spans strategic positioning, feasibility studies, and setting long-term goals to ensure the success of hospitality investments.

Through Destsetters, Nikos Morantis emphasizes the creation of successful investments with high revenue potential and unique guest experiences, contributing to the advancement of the tourism industry with a commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and responsibility.

Passionate about innovative ideas and targeted creativity, Zenios is one of the two founders of Destsetters, a company specializing in the specification and development of Hotel Concepts as well as in strategy formulation for companies operating in the hospitality sector. As the company’s lead Hotel Concept Maker, and with extensive experience in the global hotel industry, he takes into account specialized studies as well as key issues concerning a hotel, focusing on the creation of unique concepts that offer timeless appeal and a successful trajectory for a property. Zenios is also the co-founder of two major globally positioned brands, Travel by Interest and Hotelier Academy, where he serves as Creative Director.

Dimitris Antonakos is the founder of 100% Hotel Show. His vision is the constant development and support of the Greek Hotel Product. His close relationship with contemporary evolutions and modern technologies, allow him to pursue the creation of a modern and interactive institution, with effective results for its visitors and participants.
