Passionate about innovative ideas and targeted creativity, Zenios is one of the two founders of Destsetters, a company specializing in the specification and development of Hotel Concepts as well as in strategy formulation for companies operating in the hospitality sector. As the company’s lead Hotel Concept Maker, and with extensive experience in the global hotel industry, he takes into account specialized studies as well as key issues concerning a hotel, focusing on the creation of unique concepts that offer timeless appeal and a successful trajectory for a property. Zenios is also the co-founder of two major globally positioned brands, Travel by Interest and Hotelier Academy, where he serves as Creative Director.

George Anagnostellis is the founder of the architectural office agarch + architects, with offices in Athens and Mytilene. The office provides a wide range of full architectural design services undertaking projects of small and large scale and participates in architectural competitions. The philosophy is to create spaces connected to the environment, with key elements the incorporation of the natural landscape throughout the design process and the use of materials and textures that express the local context. The approach focuses on the uniqueness and the special requirements of each project, from the initial management and concept to the exclusive custom-made design.

Born in Thessaloniki in 1974, where he completed his secondary education at the American College of Anatolia, from which he graduated in 1992.

He studied Architecture in New York and received his professional degree with distinction from Pratt Institute, School of Architecture.

He obtained a Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design (MSAUD) from Columbia
University in New York, conducting systematic research on the development of cities such as Brasília, Amsterdam, New York, and Caracas. His thesis, focusing on the balanced reconstruction of deteriorated suburbs, the port, and the airport area of Caracas in relation to the environment, was funded by non-governmental organizations from Venezuela.

From 1999 to 2000, he worked at DBA Associates in New York.

Since 2001, he has been a principal collaborator at Makridis Associates, participating in the design and supervision of a wide range of projects, including residential and hospitality complexes, private villas, apartment and office buildings, commercial centers and retail spaces, mixed-use developments, as well as educational and cultural facilities.

Since 2015, he has been a partner at Makridis Associates, responsible for the coordination of the firm’s projects.

Many of the firm’s works have been published in architectural books and magazines, received awards
in competitions, and represented Greek Architecture in international exhibitions and conferences.

Approaching architecture as a mean of expression in search of forms and spaces for a better
lifestyle, Mike Kraounakis founded the Athens based architectural firm k-division in 2013. The firm
practices in both the architectural and interior design as well as the construction field, managing
a wide variety of projects from the planning state through completion.
The firm’s extensive experience is vividly expressed through a portfolio composed of a wide range
of residential, commercial, hotel and interior design projects, throughout Greece. Our approach
towards our projects is holistic, spanning from conception to implementation, where the
principles met in a thorough research of each place’s history and tradition, are expressed through
contemporary materials aiming in a high quality and sustainable architectural experience. 
K-division's projects have been published in various printed and web magazines of architecture
and design while the firm has participated and been awarded in several architectural exhibitions
and competitions.
