Stage: Workshop Stage
This session promises to show hoteliers how sales management that actually delivers results works in practice. Loguers presents specific case studies of hotels in Crete where its intervention changed the sales mix and increased revenue. The highlight is a live interview with a hotel owner, who will describe how outsourcing sales to an external partner helped unlock new markets. Attendees will leave with concrete insights into how professional sales can solve issues of low occupancy or low rates, hearing the truth directly from a fellow hotelier.
